Paul Neale
Having moved from a senior management position in the insurance industry, Paul has been one of Dublin’s most respected brokers for over 25 years now. During this period, he has established strong relationships with all of Irelands leading insurance providers and lenders. With his vast experience and knowledge of this business, he is always happy to offer friendly and expert advise. Together with John he worked extensively with the HIV+ community and insurance companies to develop a life protection product for this community.

John Hughes LIB QFA
With many years’ experience in financial services across some of Irelands leading banks and brokers, and a university diploma in financial services, John is ideally placed to offer advise on the most appropriate mortgage product for your needs. He was actively involved in Bank of Irelands LGBTQI+ community and was a keynote speaker at several events. Together with Paul he worked extensively with the HIV+ community and insurance companies to develop a life protection product for this community.
John lives in Naas with his husband Bruno and their pride and joy Teddy the cockapoo. He enjoys Pilates and gardening and, of course, the odd night out on the scene. Gavan Ryan CFP® MA Grad Dip EFA™ SIA RPA
Gavan has worked for large corporations for over 20 years and is a recent joiner to our business after holding a Director position in WTW. During his time in financial services, Gavan has focused on developing technical expertise in all areas of financial planning and specialises in simplifying this complicated subject for his diverse range of individual clients and companies. Gavan holds an MA from Trinity College Dublin and is a Certified Financial Planner™.
Gavan lives in Greystones with his partner Kelley and their blended family. They welcome his 3 teenage girls every weekend to fill the house and allow him to indulge his secret love of romantic comedies! Laura Quilty
Laura has been working in the Financial Services industry since 1990. She previously worked in PTSB branches where she enjoyed the direct customer interaction. She then worked in management positions in AIB Finance and Leasing where she had responsibility for large teams right across the business in customer centric roles. After taking time out to raise her family she returned to work in the Financial Services industry in 2019.
Laura is a proud Wexford native and currently lives in Rathfarnham with her husband and children. In her spare time she is a bit of a daredevil who enjoys parachute jumping, hot air ballooning and hitting the motor racing circuit. When she is not up in the air or on a racetrack she also enjoys going to gigs. She is very focused on customer service providing the best possible customer experience for all our customers.

Graham Free QFA
Graham has worked in the financial services industry since 2007, gaining extensive experience across customer service, technical support and providing personalised financial advice. His background in both client-facing and technical roles ensures he delivers clear, reliable and client‑focused guidance. Before entering financial services, Graham worked in his family’s grocery store, an experience that shaped his strong customer‑first approach – something that continues to define his work today. A Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) and an affiliate member of Accounting Technicians Ireland, Graham offers tailored advice in protection, pensions, savings and investment planning. He is committed to helping clients build confidence in their financial future through honest advice and tailored solutions.
Outside of work, Graham is married with three children and two grandchildren. He’s a passionate football fan, enjoys the occasional game of golf or snooker and loves a trip to the cinema – especially for superhero movies!

Brian Murray BSc QFA FLIA
Brian has almost 40 years’ experience of advising personal and owner-operated business clients in the area of financial planning. After running a successful brokerage for the last 25 of those years, he is delighted to join the bigger team at Financial Equality Services, with whom he hopes to build on the strong client relationships, developed over decades.
Brian is a proud grandparent, living in Wicklow with his wife Niamh, who both enjoy watching their adult children follow and prosper in their own paths. Sport has been a big part of Brian’s life, primarily rugby at DLSP FC in Kirwan Park, and a few years with Arklow RFC. Over the past 15 years Brian has also been involved in playing, management and coaching roles, with medal-winning Irish masters’ teams at European Championships and World Cups in Touch Rugby.

Olivia Hogan FCCA
Olivia has been working in Financial Services for over 25 years. She has previously held senior roles in various finance departments and is a qualified accountant. After taking some time out to raise her family and a chance meeting with Gavan, she decided to come back into the fold and join the team in Financial Equality Services.
She lives in Greystones with her husband, their three children and their dog Olaf. Olivia loves travelling and experiencing new places but her first love is for the excitement of all things Disney! She provides invaluable admin support to our clients and provides the best consumer experience for our customers.

Maurice Redmond QFA
Maurice has been a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) since 2020, having transitioned into the financial planning industry in July 2026 following more than 10 years in senior roles within the funds industry. His background with two leading financial services organisations gave him strong experience in financial markets, governance, operations and building trusted professional relationships. His move into financial planning allows him to combine his career with a genuine passion for helping people look after their future selves financially.
Maurice provides clear, practical and personalised guidance across protection, pensions, savings and investment planning. He is committed to helping clients understand their options, make informed decisions and feel supported throughout each stage of the financial planning process.
Outside of work, Maurice is married and lives in Kilanerin, Co. Wexford. He enjoys travelling, gardening, watching sport, playing tennis and volunteering with Kilanerin Tidy Towns, where he values contributing to local community initiatives.

Lee Neenan Henley BSc APA
Lee recently joined the financial services industry following an eight-year career as a Senior Radiation Therapist, working across five departments in Ireland and the UK. Having worked throughout the pandemic in cancer centres in both countries, Lee made the brave decision to take on a new adventure and transition from healthcare into the financial services world.
She has completed a Level 9 Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and Financial Services and is currently studying towards her QFAs, which she aims to complete by early 2027. Her background in healthcare has given her a strong focus on working with people, attention to detail and the ability to support clients through what can often be important and complex decisions.
Originally from Bray, Lee has also lived in the UK and Australia before settling in Greystones. Outside of work, she has a great enthusiasm for sea swimming, Reformer Pilates and going on adventures to explore new places.
